There are multiple issues with the sliding doors:
- All of the frame dividers fell off. When they re-installed them the edges were jagged, they were scratched and there are large gaps because the dividers have been cut too short.
- The wrong film was used on the glass (stained by anything touching the surface like oil from hands or water used to clean)
- They installed LVP over the concrete floor, but didn't level it, so the doors would not stay closed - their solution was to rig the sliding door rail which now protrudes.
Jagged edges, scratches and gaps (frame dividers)
The frame dividers all fell off and when they were re-installed most have jagged edges, scratches and large gaps between the divider and the frame.
Protruding floor rail and gaps between rail and flooring
Pinnacle removed all the doors to have the film and dividers fixed. When they re-hung them, they raised the floor rail in places to try to address the closing issue. Now the rail protrudes ~1/4" from the floor and the doors still don't properly close.
Cost comparison
These IKEA doors are almost 500% cheaper and they come with a 10-year warranty. These doors on Wayfair are exactly the same as the ones Pinnacle installed for me... but $3000 cheaper.
