Issues in the bathroom include chipped tiles, leaking shower, vanity drawer installed with a single 1/2" screw and so many paint issues (please go to the page dedicated to all the paint deficiencies to see those).

Leaking shower

The pivot shower door leaking and popping has been an issue from the outset. Pinnacle did adjust the hinges when the first round of deficiencies were identified, but that didn't resolve the leaking issue and the door became misaligned again (with popping sound) within a few months.

Vanity drawer

The sliding rail for the top vanity drawer was installed with a single half inch screw on each side. Not surprisingly, the screws couldn't hold the weight of the drawer and the rails came loose causing damage to the bottom drawer.
