The scope of work included repainting the entire unit, including "drywall repairs, taping and sanding as required" and "minor touch ups for paint" to existing drywall. The photos below are not exhaustive; there are too many defects to reasonably document and publish.

Overpaint, splatters, streaks, brushstrokes... so many defects

The photos speak for themselves.

No repairs to damaged areas before paint

Despite the contract clearly and repeatedly stating "drywall repairs", and despite the obvious fact that renovations are by definition happening in existing spaces, it is clear no effort was made to remove old, chipping paint or repair any damaged areas. Instead, new paint was poorly applied over all surfaces regardless of their condition.
